Welcome fellow dudes.  My name is Daniel Byers and by reading this I’m guessing you either: A)think I’m super hot or B)like to read about sports and stuff.

The Dude. is a website about dude stuff.  You’ll stumble upon (no pun intended) stuff about the Canucks, underground clothing companies, music and maybe even a caterpillar infested upper lip.

The name of the site began when me and a buddy were having a good old BBQ in my backyard this past summer of  ’11.  While sitting on the patio slaughtering some burgs we thought of a pretty sick idea.  I would tell you all, but that would ruin the surprise, wouldn’t it?  Anyways long story short we thought the name ‘The Dude.’ was fitting for the kind of stuff we want to write about, and now here she is.  Born and raised out of a small town called Gibsons BC hails The Dude.
